Higher Jumps Vertical Jump Training Resistance Bands
Speaker 1: Today we've got a bit of a jumpchallenge. I'm going to show you a little bit of a workout here. It's going to add alittle bit of an endurance portion of it as well as vertical leap. Grab you a nice boxthat's a little challenging for yourself, get your bands on and then lay out a benchor anything that you're going to jump over, it's going to be a barrier. So make it a littlebit challenging, but make sure that you can get over and back. Let me show you real quickand then we'll run through a set. So I got my box height here, make sure you got yourbands on. Let me just tell you when you're wearing the bands and you're working on yourvertical leap you want to make sure that you
control your knees. Don't let them controlyou. A lot of benefits, we've talked about this in hundreds of other tutorials I've postedfor you, but you got to make sure that when you're wearing the bands when you land workagainst the resistance and you're going to build your hips so quick, but if you let themcontrol you or you're not strong enough to do these types of things without the bandson, you probably want to start doing these types of exercises without the bands first. So let's jump into it here. Get your box height a little bit challenging. We're going to goless reps, but I'm going to show you both exercises. Get a good arm sweep on top ofthe box. Soft landings, you either hop back
or just step off, whatever you feel comfortablewith. The most important thing is you get up, get down, get up, get down. It's not afast pace, we're going for height. Nice soft landings. The second part of the exercisewould be speed, but under control. We're going to go over, all about getting your knees up.Let's jump into the workout. We're going to go 8 max jump heights and gofor a 15 second burst right after that for speed. Let's go and get started. 8 reps righthere. That's one, two, three. Make sure that you're landing neutral like that. Don't letyour feet come together, stay under control. I think I got two more. The last one. good. Now we got about 15 secondburst here for speed. Try to get up, get around,
get back over. Readyé Good. Make sure youget your knees up on those. If you start getting dizzy, I got a little bit dizzy there at theend, take your time, maybe don't spin around so fast. Catch your breath, that's a littlebit of endurance. Run through that, three or four sets and push yourself hard.
CSGO Aspot firebox jump Mirage German ENG subs
fireboxjump on mirage Welcome to de_mirage. Today we are talking about the firebox on the ASpot . . and how to jump from this corner on the box. In the past it did not work for me,. . no matter from which angle or distance I tried it. I found the hint in a forum and I will share it with you. Pretty easy with the right procedure.
As you can see, there was no real positioning. Just stand in the corner. Let's talk about the quot;hintquot;. There are some different ways to perform a crouch jump. In the past I pressed JUMP and then CROUCH. But this will not work here anymore. It is very contradictory: Press the CROUCHKey first and then the JUMPKey.
Wrong: To jump when you are at the bottem of the crouch. Right: While moving down, press JUMP. Look at my crosshair and you will see the slight move downwards and then the jump. It's important to hold down CROUCH during the whole jump! By the way in my config CROUCH is bind on SHIFT not CTRL. To reach the top of the box it's also necassary to press FORWARD. And that's it. CROUCH (hold) then immediately JUMP while pressing FORWARD.
Now in slow motion: Crouch (hold it) then JUMP You can do it with a weapon as well. pistols. rifles. and even with an AWP. No problem at all.
Usefull for. I think the main purpose is to suprise an enemy defending the planted bomb. If the opponent does not know this jump, you have the element of surprise on your side. But higher ranked players know it, so be carefull. Another possibility is to defend the ASpot especially to watch ramp action. Be aware it is an open Spot, but an uncommon too
And you can enter PALACE without using the ladder. And with some strafe jumps you are even faster. Well, you can also do it from this side of the box. I hope you agree with me. The jump is easy, but you have to know HOW to do it Have fun while testing this. I hope to see you again. Bye.
CSGO 5 Tips For Ranking Up in Matchmaking
The most popular questions I get are usually related to how I can become a better player. And the ranks used in matchmaking are very often used to describe what skill you are. So I'm gonna give you 5 tips. These are basic tips but they will help you and if you apply them when you're playing, you will definitely rank up. I'm not gonna explain how to shoot a gun or how to control your aim. I'm just gonna point out several things that I think are valuable to learn and understand. I noticed how a lot of players tend to loose control because they are not focused. Keep in mind that when most professional players need to focus, they are usually very composed.
So my first tip will be: DON'T GET MAD Keep yourself calm and focus on the game. Here's a question to test you and see if you understand what I mean. You have only two options. If one guy is screaming at you for failing to defuse the bomb, what do you doé You keep yourself calm and focused and say quot;Sorry.quot;. OR
You scream back at him and get angry. Yup. This is the best thing you can do. Good use of grenades will almost certainly help you win the game. Make sure you buy grenades almost every round. The order of the grenades should always be: smoke first, then flash, then the other grenades. Since smokes in the game control the space, they're the most important ones to use. Learn a couple of good smokes on every map to open up new possibilities or strategies. This will definitely help you rank up. Make sure you know everything there is to know about the map. Before playing it on a competitive level. Whyé
Because when you know the map you'll know where to look for enemies, where usual capping spots or hideouts are located, where you can jump and crouch without being seen where you can boost another player and where you can start hearing enemy footsteps. These are just a couple of examples but I hope you get the point. Knowing every part of the map is crucial for advancing in the ranks. If you start a game on e.g. overpass and you had no understanding of the map, do you think that is going to be easyé Here's the series we made for the meeting points on most official maps. These are basic tutorials but they are very useful to watch.
You're welcome to check these out. The most important part of your teamwork is to communicate. Even if you're playing with randoms, the key is to communicate. The most useful way of communicating is to alert other players about openings and spotted enemies. Let's listen to NiP from old match back in 2013. Even if you're not Swedish, it's very interesting to just hear how they are communicating with each other. As you probably can hear, they're having fun, they're exchanging info all the time, and it's going really fast and they are listening to each other and trusting each other. Learn from this and your teamwork will be a lot better and it will help you rank up a lot easier. Spending money and having no clue of how much you can spend is one of the big reasons why you're probably stuck on lower ranks.
Learn the basics of economy and you will last longer in the match. But for experienced players with better ranks you know what else is really important to knowé The enemy team's economy. Yup. That's right. Knowing when the enemy has to eco or full buy, just knowing this, can be game changing. Let's say the enemy team is low on cash, so they decide to rush up middle. If you're aware of their economy, you will be mentally prepared for a strategy against their eco round. And it'll be a lot easier to adapt to your enemies. It's not only important to know your own economy but enemies' economy as well. I hope you'll learn from this and that it helps to become a better overall player.
