The Jump Manual Review The Truth Everyone Should Know

Hey, what's goin' on guys!My name is Jesse, I'm 33 and I'm from Pensacola, Florida. I'm a basketball player from an early age. I'm here to share with you my testimonialabout the jump manual and how it helped me to increase my vertical. Before I discovered the jump manualand started using the jump manual workouts I was pretty much an average jumper. I could reach the backboardjumping off of One foot with Two hands and I could also touch the rimwhen jumping off of One foot with One hand

but still, I was nowhere close to dunking. and I started looking for waysto improve my vertical beacsue that just wasn't OK with me. I wanted to be a jumper that people wouldwant to gather around in the gym and watch him dunk. I wanted to be able to catch alleyoopsand throw the ball down like a hardcore proffesional basketball player. So I started doing some research becauseI just wasn't happy with where I was

and I knew that I had to do some researchto find a program or to find something that could really help me improvemy vertical so that I'll be able to dunk. ‘cause this was my dream. and I did some research onlineand I found the jump manual. and I knew right away that this wasgoing to be the program for me. I knew that this gonna be the program thatwould take me to the next level. About the program. when I started the programimmediately I noticed gains in my vertical. and I didn't measure my vertical beforeI started using the jump manual

but I'm using the rim on the basketas a gauge to how high I'm jumping and how much I'm improving. and before I started using the jump manualI was barely reaching the rim on a good day jumping off of One foot. And then, as I started using the jump manualI gradually added inches and improving. my vertical has increased significantlyand I've been using the program for a few months nowand I can honestly say I'm a much better player now than what I waswhen I first started using the jump manual.

I can now jump off Two feetand dunk with One hand, I can also jump off Two feetand dunk with Two hands. I can stand underneath the basket flatfootedand jump up and dunk with both hands. and that's something that I never thought I could do. to be able to stand flatfooted andjump up and dunk with Two hands, that is just huge! Now I can jump out during a game with adefender on me and dunk the basketball, I'm also getting much more reboundsand I'm blocking a lot of shots as well,

and it's an amzaing feeling I gotta tell you. I feel much more confident andgenerally I'm just doing a lot of things now that I never thought I could do. and it's all thanks Jacob Hiller and his jump manual. it really helped me reach that level.and without the jump manual I wouldn't be able to doany of these things. I'm still improving though,my goal is to reach 45 inch vertical off of One foot, and 40 inches Off of Two feet.

How to Increase Vertical Jump to Dunk a Basketball Increase your Vertical Jump by 10 Inches Fast

OK guys, I want to talk about why people failto increase their vertical jump and why you don't have to. I want to lay down exactlyhow you can start increasing your vertical jump in the next 2 weeks or quicker. The firstthing you got to understand is that strength plus quickness equals explosion (strength+ quickness = explosion). When strength and quickness are applied during the same musclecontraction, explosion is the result. You have to maximize your muscle strength andyou have to maximize your muscle quickness and neurological response to create that explosion. Now: endurance versus explosion. Most of you are training like this: Training your jumpexplosion is counterintuitive. You go out

there and train for an hour, working veryhard. You are sweating, training hard, you feel the burn and you think you are trainingcorrectly. Most of you are not. You have to train in what is called the jump improvementzone. So basically the improvement zone means this: If you can jump, if your maximum verticaljump is 32 inches, and most of your training is done jumping at a 12 inch intensity, whatare you really training yourself to doé You are training yourself to jump 12 inches overa long period of time. You are training your jumping endurance. Any time you pace yourself, anytime you try to incorporate less intensity to accommodate more repetition, you are trainingyour jumping endurance and not your explosion.

That is going to be really hard for you guysto change your paradigm on that. But never pace yourself. Always emulate explosion andalways push to the max. If you push to the max you are going to climb a little bit eachworkout and it is going to be noticeable over a period of time. You've got to work smarterand harder. Now, you also need to have a multifaceted approach. That is how you get results veryquickly. Let me give you an example: If you are a race car driver and you want to createa race car that goes faster, you can give it a more powerful engine. That is obviouslygoing to make it go faster. But how much more effective is it going to be if you put a morepowerful engine, make the gears right so its

more torque, put better wheels on so it gripsbetter on the roadé And then you put better cooling in the engine and you put better aerodynamicson the car. If you do all these things to your vehicle, put better gasoline in it (allthose types of things). You are attacking that problem from so many different facets. Each one is going to increase you vertical jump. Most programs out there target just1 facet. Some of them do that well, some of them don't. There are 9 variables to yourvertical jump training. Each is going to contribute to upward explosion andor momentum. An effectiveprogram that wants to get results quickly is going to target each facet. So trainingmultiple facets is going to create greater

and faster results. For instance: flexibility training your flexibility is going to give you more leverage on jumping power. Your form, fuel, your stability, you balance. Learning how to tweak how you jump is going to helpyou tweak every aspect of your vertical explosion. So guys, you also need the correct practicesand techniques. Once you understand what you mode of new training must be, you also haveto train the right muscles and train the right way. So basically, the right principals coupledwith the right techniques is going to equal your success. You are going to need a mentor. You are going to have questions. You are going to have legitimate exceptions to this trainingprogram; to any training program because there

is no one size fits all. There is no cookiecutter program out there. I provide 100% support via email. You are also going to have accessto a forum where other people are already getting the results that you want increasedvertical jump. You can talk to them about their training and what has worked for them.Guys, I am inviting you to take it to the next step. If this makes sense to you; ifyou understand how these principals are going to help you jump higher and how training everyfacet and training in the correct mode and the correct types of exercises, get the jumpmanual. It is safe. I had it reviewed by chiropractors and by other s to show that it is notgoing to cause injury later on. I do recommend
