The next exercise I am going to do for youis called the jump squat and that is exactly what we are going to be doing. You are goingto take your feet at least shoulder with the part, navel to spine. This is also a plyometricexercise so this is going to take a lot out of you. You are also going to get some cardiovascularworking there. Navel is tight, abs are tight. Again, you are sticking your butt back asif you are sitting in a chair. Knees over ankles, hands in front of you or on your hipsand you are going to push through your heels and jump and land into a squatting position.It is very important that when you land, your knees do not come forward. You want to makesure that your knees are over your ankles

and that you sit back in that chair. So youare going to land on your toes then pushing the weight back to your heels. Pay close attentionto my feet for the first couple. Here we go. Make sure you drop those boots back.
